Plastic sockets

 

Plastic sockets are not able to transfer electric current like electro-conductive sockets, that´s why they are used like support sockets on the tanks, which aren´t intended for plating. We supply socket in design like cathodic or anodic.

Design of socket depends on design of cathodic (anodic) bar and the design copy manufacture line of electro conductive sockets so, that they make possible their completion on non-plating tanks.

We make standardly plastic sockets from Polyethylene PE 500. According unusual customer´s requirement we are able to make these sockets from material PE 1000.

 

Cathodic knife socket

This type of socket is used for establishing cathodic bars with knife ending. This socket is characterized by rugged design. Rounding makes possible easygoing seating in socket for cathodic bar.

Cathodic cline socket

This type of socket is used for establishing cathodic bars with cline ending. It safely makes possible direct establishing location of cathodic bar, eventually plating barrel.

Cathodic stick socket

This type of socket is used for establishing plating barrels with round stick ending with the same radius of rounding like at bottom of socket. Advantage of this type of socket is very good ensurance of stableness of plating barrels at establishing on tank.

Anodic knife socket

This type of socket is used for establishing anodic bars with knife ending namely all above in storage of anodic bars. This socket has compact size.

Anodic cline socket

This type of socket is used for establishing anodic bars with cline ending namely all above in anodic storage. This socket has compact size. This socket is used for 16px;er bars or 16px;er barrels.

Regulating washer

This regulating washer is placed under all type of cathodic sockets and has always universal connecting size for tank. Size of whole washer depends on size of sockets. For plastic sockets it´s made from polypropylene (PP). This regulating washer levels high – hinge or barrel must be always in the same high.
